ServerDeck is a web-based VPS (Virtual Private Server) management platform that allows you to monitor, manage, and interact with your servers via SSH. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. SSH Credential Storage

ServerDeck stores SSH credentials (passwords and private keys) encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. You acknowledge that storing credentials with any third-party service carries inherent risk and you do so at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServerDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or unauthorized access to your servers.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
