By accessing or using Server Deck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Server Deck is a cloud hosting management platform that allows you to monitor, manage, and interact with your cloud servers and VPS (Virtual Private Servers) via SSH. Features include real-time server metrics, SSL certificate monitoring, service monitoring, browser SSH terminal, team management, and public status pages. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free plan and paid monthly subscription plans (Starter at $5/month, Pro at $15/month). The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.

5. SSH Credential Storage

Server Deck stores SSH credentials (passwords and private keys) encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. You acknowledge that storing credentials with any third-party service carries inherent risk and you do so at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Server Deck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or unauthorized access to your servers.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
